Available as kits or assembled. Kits require painting except for windows, shutters and balustrades which are “finished”. Kits are fully supplied with all components inc nails / screws (not glue). All houses have front wall and roof opening. Assembled houses are shipped direct to your door and price excludes freight. Delivery takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
